Massive thank you to Alison for helping me pass recently. She was extremely knowledgable and explained things very thoroughly and memorably. I was quite nervous about driving and Alison was very patient with me, making me feel comfortable but still pushing me to improve. She was always easy to contact and well organised as well as willing to be flexible with fitting hours in.
