Intensive Driving Courses Sheppey

Kent Intensive Driving School have intensive driving instructors based near the Isle of Sheppey and will provide intensive driving courses on the Isle of Sheppey and the surrounding areas. We cater for all the local towns and villages and if you are taking your driving test in Gillingham then we are familiar with the local driving test routes and will try to give you as much experience on these routes as possible. We have had many students from the area and know the roads well, this enables us to find the ideal types of roads and junction to practice various manoeuvres and types of driving. The routes used around the Isle of Sheppey will consist of a mix of urban and rural routes.

The more urban driving practice will be in Sheerness, Minster and then Sittingbourne. The rural routes will use the roads between the surrounding villages (again depending on your exact location). So for example routes around the Queenborough, Eastchurch and Leysdown-on-Sea areas might be used.

If you are doing a Pass Plus course then the motorway section will predominantly take place on the M20.

Sheppey driving test centres

The nearest driving theory test centre is in Chatham and is roughly 17 miles from Sheerness. When taking your test, if you opt to do it in our cars, then we will take you to the test centre of your choice. The nearest practical driving test centres are in Gillingham, which is roughly 15 miles from Sheerness, Maidstone, which is roughly 20 miles from Sheerness, and Herne Bay, which is roughly 30 miles from Sheerness. When taking your test we will take you to the test centre of your choice.
