I just passed my test with Jean this week. She is just fantastic!! I learnt to drive a few years ago with another instructor and had a pretty negative experience which made me a nervous driver. Jean takes a really patient, positive and encouraging approach which put me at ease and she explains things really clearly (even getting out the car to demonstrate blind spots and parking bays!). I had a wonderful time learning with Jean and really feel like I’ve embedded the knowledge to be a safe driver. Although I didn’t pass first time (nerves on the day!), Jean was incredibly quick to get me another test which I passed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kent Intensive and Jean in particular to all my friends and family. Thanks again Jean! 🙂
